Tom began recruiting in 1984 and for the last 10 years has developed a general manufacturing national desk from coast to coast. 

Since 2005 Tom has qualified for MRI's elite Pacesetter status, representing the top 10% of the recruiters in Management Recruiters. Tom consistently ranks in the top echelon of recruiters for time to hire and retention rate.

The goal is to focus on the real "difference makers" - talent to impact dramatically their market share and profits, via business development to improving the efficiency of the operations -- all what I call, "Recession Busters".

These high impact players abilities not only include incredible focused work ethic and superb technical skill sets - but also have the "X" factor to elevate and inspire everyone else.

For example, the intangible quality of a positive - winning attitude is an attribute that you either have or don't have by the time you are in your late teens - as it can not be easily learned after that. This infectious attitude that "gets things done" with a radiant and upbeat mindset is a quality is not always easy to detect in just speaking with a candidate --very often, it is determined by doing numerous reference checks or getting referrals from those who "have it". That is my goal and this is really what separates my candidates from others - I also know my market as 95% of my candidates do not require relocation assistance.

Tom's energy is devoted to all across the spectrum of manufacturing, from positions in business development/sales to operations, i.e., plant/manufacturing managers. In engineering -- from engineering VP's and managers to manufacturing / process / industrial engineers, to design, welding, quality, maintenance, environmental and safety engineers. From aerospace/defense to food, beverage, transportation, energy and power, Tom's clients represent a wide spectrum of our nation's strength.

Tom is excited to also provide professional contract-to-hire talent for clients who are uncertain about the economy, or have a limited project, or need to reduce their overhead or just would like to try out someone before bringing on full time. In larger scale projects or searches outside manufacturing, i.e., finance/accounting, and sales, Tom can leverage 15 other internal recruiters in project teams to meet any client's need.
